About Us
Custom Tile, Stone & Décor is a small, family-run, second-generation business with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry.
We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, and countertops.
In 2009, we opened the Custom Tile, Stone & Décor showroom in Chino, California, to support the design and planning process behind each project.
Led by our founders and owners, Javier Macias and his son, Joey Macias, we take a hands-on approach to every project and remain closely involved from the earliest planning stages through final completion.
Our focus is on delivering well-executed, thoughtfully designed spaces through clear communication, skilled workmanship, and a process that feels organized, personal, and professional from start to finish.
Javier Macias — Founder & Owner
Javier Macias and his son, Joey, founded Custom Tile, Stone & Décor. Javier brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry to the business.
Together, Javier and Joey are closely involved in how the company runs and how projects come together — from setting standards to staying connected to the work and the crews. Javier’s focus is on doing things the right way, keeping quality high, and making sure clients and crews alike feel supported throughout the process.
Under their leadership, the Custom Tile, Stone & Décor showroom was established in 2009 and has since become the hub of the company’s design and project coordination.
They lead with experience, consistency, and a steady hand, and that sets the standard for how the company operates daily.
Joey Macias — General Contractor
Joey Macias holds the general contracting license at Custom Tile, Stone & Décor and oversees daily operations, ensuring quality standards at the job sites. He brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to the role.
He manages crews, keeps projects moving on schedule, and makes sure the work being done aligns with plans. You’ll often see Joey driving the company truck between job sites and along the local freeways, checking in on progress and handling issues as they come up.
He’s known for his craftsmanship, extensive knowledge of general contracting, strong customer service skills, and precise attention to detail — someone clients and crews can trust to keep things running smoothly and thoughtfully from start to finish.
Maxine Macias — Design Director
Maxine oversees the design side of the business and keeps everything aligned from the first idea through final installation.
She works closely with clients, vendors, installers, Javier, and Joey — making sure design choices, materials, timelines, and logistics all stay on track together. Her role centers on thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and keeping every part of the process aligned from start to finish.

Maxine has a strong sense for both design and execution, which helps ensure that creative vision and practical application stay closely connected throughout the project.
Christina Nuno — Director of Operations, Sales & Marketing
Christina handles operations, sales, and marketing and is often the first person clients speak with.
She manages scheduling, communication, and internal coordination, along with the company’s marketing presence — helping make sure clients feel informed, supported, and taken care of from the very beginning through project completion.
